The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PalivoFuel and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.
In no event shall PalivoFuel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service.
